CASA of Lane County
CASA Volunteers
- What?
-
Every day abused and neglected children are removed from their homes and placed into substitute care because their parents can not or will not protect them. CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteers work to help find these children safe permanent homes where they can thrive.
Our Volunteers come from all backgrounds, education levels, experiences and cultures. No experience is necessary because we teach each volunteer how to be an effective voice for abused children.
Abused and neglected children here in Lane County are waiting for a CASA volunteer. If you or someone you know would like to learn more about becoming an advocate for children please visit the CASA website at www.casa-lane.org or contact Vicki Martz CASA Volunteer Coordinator at 984-3132 or VickiM@casa-lane.org
